I am a member of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) having graduated from Bristol UWE with a degree in Valuation & Estate Management in 1999.

In the last 14 years I have specialised in the management of large business parks for some of the world’s premier landlords, SEGRO and MEPC. In these roles I have worked closely with hundreds of occupiers, from the very larger to the very small, and have developed insight into what motivates and challenges them. I have particularly focussed on fast-growth, innovative and pre-profit companies and understand the different way in which these need to operate.

I have extensive project management experience in refurbishments, new construction, development site assembly, IT systems, office moves and re-organisations, mergers and portfolio acquisitions.
